At Aerower we understand that every sportsperson is different, that's why we have developed an innovative concept so that everyone can customise their own unique rebound boots by choosing the right size, adjusting the RS resistance and combining the colours to their liking. A single model, the Aerower Jumper1+, includes thousands of possibilities!

The most innovative and precise personalisation process

The innovative concept of the Aerower Jumper1+ has also been developed to make the customisation process as easy as possible. Here are the 5 simple steps to get the Jumper1+ that's right for you:

1. Download the Size Sheet at aerower.com/mysize and Strength Customization Chart at aerower.com/scsc They will guide you to the perfect technical characteristics in the process

2. Check your Jumper1+ size in the Chart. In case you are in doubt between two sizes, you can make sure by comparing your foot size with the Jumper1+ sizes: aerower.com/mysize If you are still in doubt between two sizes, it is recommended that you choose the larger size. The triple zip on your jumpers will fit your foot perfectly .

3. Now, according to your weight, choose the hardness of arcs indicated in the Chart. But keep in mind that physical condition must also be considered:

Beginner (low trained person): do not add anything a.

Good (person who trains regularly): add 5 kg to your weight.

Very good (fitness professional): add 10 kg. to your weight.

4. Adapt your multiband. Using cutting pliers, remove the number of bands indicated in the table. It is best to start cutting from the middle ones outwards. On our YouTube channel you will find information on how to do this process .

You will know that the rebound system (RS) of your Jumper1+ is perfectly adapted when on most jumps it compresses at least halfway. If you don't get it right the first time, cut one or two more bands until you reach that point.

Important: cutting bands has no influence on the warranty of multibands.

5. Choose your favourite colours to jump with more motivation! There are 8 colours of Jumper1+, with which you can create over 500 combinations!

Even easier during the purchase process

These 5 steps are very simple, but we make it even easier with a checkout process that puts you in control. You can receive your Aerower Jumper1+ already customised and ready to jump, only assembled, but without the adapted multibands, or disassembled. These are the 3 possibilities of the purchase process in our online shop:

Recommendations and precautions - sometimes appearances can be deceiving!

Finally, here are 3 things that some users don't think about or even have the wrong idea about. Pay attention so that your Aerower Jumper1+ will last longer and your jumps will always be safe and beneficial to your health.

Harder, less durable

Contrary to what intuition may tell us, but according to what experience tells us, having a harder arc than we need greatly increases the chances of arc breakage and the risk of injury, while decreasing the effectiveness of the exercises. In other words, with harder arcs than necessary, our rebound boots last less time and exercising with them can go from being very beneficial to being detrimental.

Why does this happen? It is because of the phases of the jump and how RS behaves in each of them:

imagen

Flight: the jumper is not in contact with the ground.

Landing: from the moment the sole of the jumper touches the ground until it reaches its maximum point of tension and deformation (the arcs are flattened and the multiband is stretched).

Impulse: from the moment RS restitution begins until the sole is no longer in contact with the ground (the multiband is unstretched and the arcs regain their shape).

At the reception of each jump, the energy is accumulated through the deformation of the RS, as if it were a spring, until it reaches its maximum tension point. Then comes the impulse: the stored energy is returned in the opposite direction and the RS is restored. And it is precisely the personalisation that makes it possible for all these phases to occur progressively, since the distribution of forces will be appropriate.

And most importantly, that the results you experience are optimal and safe. These can only be guaranteed by proper customisation of the RS. For biomechanical reasons, because the behaviour of the rebound system must be as closely matched as possible to the speed at which the athlete executes the movement under normal conditions. With the Jumper1, the jump is more progressive, less hard and more dynamic, with an adequate distribution of forces in each contact. The exercises are effective (they work where and how we want them to) and safe (no risk of injury).

Thus, the extraordinary precision of the Aerower Jumper1 when customised is great news for lovers of this fitness discipline, because they ensure the proper behaviour of the RS, increasing its durability, its safety and the best results. They are unique in this respect.

If you train outdoors

The temperature at which we normally train can also be very relevant to the RS settings. This is something to take into account especially when training outdoors on a regular basis. As with many other materials, the materials that make up the arcs of the Jumper1+ soften or harden slightly in hot or cold weather. Here is what Aerower and Jumple Academy recommend in this regard:

If the ambient temperature at which you normally train is high, choose a higher hardness for your Jumper1.

If the ambient temperature at which you normally train is low, choose a lower hardness for your Jumper1.

Always remember that the best test is that the arcs are compressed at least halfway in most of your jumps.

Take care of your rebound shoes in every training session

Finally, with these simple tricks at the beginning and end of each workout, you will also ensure the durability of your jumpers and the best results for your body.

When you put on your Jumper1, before you start training, do a few small jumps so that the material adapts to the new situation. First, without taking your feet off the ground, start moving, then take small jumps and increase your jump height and pace. After a couple of minutes, your Jumper1 will be ready to go.

Once you have finished your training, check your jumpers visually, make sure there is no damage and store them in a place protected from the sun. Remove the liner for hand or machine washing. And remember to periodically disassemble your Jumper1 in order to clean the less accessible parts where the different pieces come together.
