SHIPPING POLICY

Upon successful completion of your online order, you will receive a confirmation email at the indicated email address. Once we have your order ready (this process can take from 24 to 48 hours) you will receive an email from the transport company with the tracking number of your shipment. so you can know at all times where it is.
For shipments to:
Spain: 3 working days is the estimated delivery time.
Rest of Europe: approximate delivery time 3-7 working days.
Rest of the world: the delivery time will be approximately 5-15 working days depending on the country.

The amount of the shipping cost is the one that appears to you when placing the order. For shipments outside the European Union, it is very likely that you will have to pay customs fees for importation, and also taxes such as VAT. Together with your order, we will send the invoice that includes the tariff codes of each product, so that the customs of your country can apply the corresponding taxes correctly.

RETURN POLICY

If you have received an order that you are not convinced about or about which you have changed your mind, you have a maximum period to request a refund is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

If the merchandise is rejected by the recipient without stating the reason in the carrier's delivery agreement, Aerower will not be responsible for the costs of reshipment to our facilities.
