The Aerower warranty covers any product defects that were caused prior to delivery to end customer, and which prevent correct product functioning. Warranty is valid for two years, as from date of delivery to customer.
This guarantee only covers product damages that are attributable to defects occurring prior to product delivery and that are in no way attributable to customer, provided always that the product has been used according to the instruction manual provided by Aerower.
To make use of the guarantee, it is essential to attach an invoice or purchase receipt specifying the date of purchase, as well as detailing the manufacturing codes of the affected parts, for which it is essential that the customer keep the damaged product.
Aerower will evaluate the damaged product and, in case of compliance, the user will receive a notification with the next steps to follow.
WARRANTY EXEMPT CASES
Products purchased more than two years ago.
Products whose defect or deficiency is attributed to the normal use.
Products that show obvious signs of misuse attributable to the customer.
Arcs that have breakage or wear after 6 months of purchase. After this period, Aerower excludes, a priori, that the defect is attributable to manufacturing defects. To accept arcs warranties after this period and before 2 years, it will be necessary to send us the broken arc so that our technicians can analyze it.
