WARRANTY FORM

  • The Aerower warranty covers damage to products caused by factors prior to their delivery to customers that affect their correct functioning, for a period of two years from the invoice date.
  • The warranty will only cover damage caused by manufacturing defects that is not attributable to the customer, and provided that the products have been used in accordance with the user manuals supplied by Aerower.
  • Cutting the bands does not affect the warranty of the multibands.
  • To make use of the warranty, you must attach the invoice or purchase receipt specifying the date of purchase, and give the manufacturing codes of the affected parts, for which the customer must keep the damaged product.
  • Aerower will assess the incident and, if it is approved, will tell the customer the next steps to follow.

  SPECIAL WARRANTY CASES

Damage to arcs: Arcs that have a problem due to a manufacturing defect usually show visible damage during the first 6 months of use. If the damage occurs more than 6 months after purchase, the case must be analysed in greater detail to determine that the damage was caused by a manufacturing defect and is therefore covered by the 2-year warranty. To this end, the customer must provide as much information as possible in the warranty form:

1. Photographs of the damage. If it is a break or crack, a photo of the cut of the larger part must be attached, as in the following image:

imagen2. Photograph of the manufacturing code of the affected arc.

3. Description of how the rebound system was adapted to the user's weight and physical condition (resistances chosen, multiband adaptation, user weight).

If any of this information is not provided, the warranty will be denied with no right to compensation.

CASES EXEMPT FROM WARRANTY:
Products purchased more than two years ago.
Products whose defect or deficiency is attributable to wear from normal use.
Products showing obvious signs of misuse attributable to the customer.

To make a warranty claim, email us at support@aerower.com with your details, the invoice or purchase receipt, photos of the damage and the manufacturing code of the affected part.
