How to request an exchange or return?

At Aerower we work so that your satisfaction comes first, if you have received an order that does not convince you or about which you have changed your mind, you have a period of 15 calendar days, counting from the date you receive the product,  for its exchange or return.

Any product that you want to change or return must always be done with the original and intact packaging and labeling, Conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The item to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received, which will be determined by our experts.
Shipping costs : in case of return, the customer is responsible for the transport costs. In the case of exchange, the customer must bear the costs of shipping or return and delivery of the new product.
If the merchandise is rejected by the recipient without stating the reason on the carrier's delivery certificate, Aerower will not be responsible for the forwarding costs. In this case, the amount of the item (s) that had been returned will be refunded, but not that of the shipping costs.
